Paid plans are priced per active member, from a minimum number of members that each plan states, and annual billing is two months free. New schools start on a 30-day trial of Community, no card required, and move to Free if no plan is chosen.

What the Free plan does not include
Free is for a small club that wants a site, a directory and a calendar, and for any school that stops paying: nobody is locked out. Three things are left out, and the app says so in these words when they are tried:
- SMS is not included in the Free plan. Neither is WhatsApp.
- AI assistance is not included in the Free plan.
- Self-serve: the Help Center and the in-app FAQ. The support inbox does not take tickets from schools on this plan.
What each plan switches on
A plan bounds what a school may switch on. Nothing is switched on by itself: the school's admins choose each feature and who sees it.
